All films officially entered by the final deadline of 3rd March 2026 will be watched by our Programming Department by the end of March. You can expect to hear back from the festival in two stages by email:

By Early-March: Submission Acknowledgement: all submitting filmmakers will be notified by e-mail that their films have been entered and are being processed.

By End of March: Programming Decision: filmmakers will be notified by e-mail whether or not their films have been selected for screening at the April 2026 festival.
